When do you ship my package / how long does it take before I receive my goods?
Orphic ApS strives to send orders placed before kl. 17 same day, order then shipped next business day.
My package has not arrived?
What happens if I forget to pick up my package?
If you forget to pick up your package, it will be automatically sent back to us. Once we have received your package, you will be contacted by our customer service.
I received a wrong accessory / an accessory is missing in my package?
Should it happen that you have received a wrong item, you should contact us by email as soon as possible. Customer service can be contacted here .
Can I cancel my order?
If you regret your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If the order has already been shipped, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel the order .
I have regretted my purchase, how do I return?
You return your item by sending it in original packaging and condition with delivery note and have contacted customer service

What is your return policy?
At Orphic Style, the 30-day right of return applies. This applies from the date of receipt and 30 days onwards. If it is for a gift, please note in the comments field when the gift is to be given.
If you do not want your item, it must be sent within the period in original packaging and condition.
If you do not want to pay for shipping, you can deliver it to our address

Can I exchange my accessories for something else?
We recommend that you send the things you do not want back to us, and then make a new purchase on our webshop.
We credit the amount to the card used at the time of purchase or create a voucher that you can use for the new purchase when we receive your package.
I want to return, but I have exceeded the 30 day return policy?
Can I deposit the money on a specific card?
For credits, the money will be deposited on the card that has been used at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to deposit the money on a specific card.
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
The processing time will usually be 2-10 business days from the time we receive the package. We will contact you when your return has been handled.
How long does it take for the amount to be credited to my account?
You should be able to see the money in your account within 2-5 business days. If not, please contact your bank.
Something has broken. What do I do?
Should anything unfortunately break, please contact customer service at here with order number as well as clear pictures of the broken.
As a customer, you have a 2-year right to make a complaint. We point out that we reserve the right not to accept complaints without original proof of purchase.
How is my complaint processed?
Each complaint is assessed individually. We do not accept complaints where it has suffered obvious damage.
Furthermore, we point out that there is no right of complaint for coated accessories where the coating has faded.
How long does it take before my complaint is processed?
Your complaint should be processed 2-10 business days after we receive your package. We point out that there may be extended treatment time during busy periods.
